Jilin Guobao Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 and is located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. It is a new technology factory under Zhejiang Guobao Environmental Technology Group Co., Ltd., dedicated to creating a new era of technological leadership.

In August 2022, based on the Changchun Circular Economy Circle, the company invested 350 million yuan to build a 600000 ton waste tire factory with an annual cracking treatment capacity, and built a symbiotic platform for waste tire recycling and transformation. A 600000 ton waste tire recycling and reuse project has been established in the national circular economy industrial park in Changchun City, Jilin Province, and an entry agreement has been signed. The first phase of the project is planned to establish a 200000 ton continuous cracking project, which is currently the largest cracking project in China. The whole production line of the factory is pre controlled by PIC. The newly built and put into operation intelligent chemical plant is built according to the full process "Industry 4.0" standard. It is a garden like factory integrating sightseeing, investigation and research with Industrial tourism demonstration significance. It has achieved zero pollution, zero residue, zero emissions, and full utilization of waste tires, making it the only major project approved in the region. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, achieving an annual production scale of 200000 tons and an annual revenue target of 1 billion yuan, becoming a modern green factory with sustainable development and circular resources.

The original intention is to prioritize the circular construction of a beautiful China and strive for the joint construction of all enterprises in a carbon free city. We have prepared the Jilin Province Waste Tire Recycling Association, with the aim of promoting the development of China's tire resource recycling industry, researching and formulating industry development plans, reflecting the voices, wishes, and requirements of our members to the government and relevant departments, and proposing policy and legislative recommendations for the tire resource recycling industry. Under the guidance of national policies, coordinate the prices of products in this industry, organize the supply of waste tires and used tires, and promote the connection between production and sales.
